Mr. Greene has been the foundation’s Treasurer since 2004 and a director since its inception in 2003. He is an Analyst at The Medicare Payment Advisory Commission (MedPAC), an independent federal advisory body, and is a contributor to annual reports to the U.S. Congress on issues affecting Medicare.
He is Vice President of the Woodside Forest Civic Association in Silver Spring, Maryland. He is an active member of the Washington, D.C. Spinoza Society.
Mr. Greene received an MBA in Health Care Management from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania (1983); M.A. in Economics, State University of New York at Stony Brook (1973); and AB in Economics, University of California at Berkeley (1970).
